I played a game against a xenomorph with franklins. He hit me, and I dropped my medkit. I tried to use selfcare, and it let me start the animation and the progress bar appeared, but it wouldn't fill up. Whether this was a visual glitch or I was not gaining any heal progress I cannot say, as I never got to the point where I could confirm one.
