PC - Strobe light flashing when looking at hook charms

Platform: PC/Steam
Occurs with Hag only after purchasing "Snake Charmer" skin

Step 1 : Booted the game up

Step 2 : Clicked on The Hag in killer menu

Step 3 : Clicked on "customize" then "charm"

Step 4 : Noticed strobe light flashing on entire screen only when viewing charms on hook customizations
