Please nerf background player and decisive strike

I keep running into squads running both of these perks now and it's getting frustrating. Anytime I chose to do a daily or play a weaker killer and i run into these squads it makes me regret starting up your game. these squads will use emotes to so they consistently land on pallets so that 1 or 2 friends can hang around for the save. They can stay at such safe distances that i essentially have to start over to get a down but that's erased the moment they go down on a pallet. On the off chance i actually get a hook, the person just saved can then hang around me like a mosquito body blocking and preventing any further chases. It's frustrating when coordinated squads like this continually get perks that support them buffed or reworked to be easier.

Background player didn't need the double buff. DS can stay if I have to read less tantruming about tunneling.

Background Player should have the speedboost delayed until after the pickup is completed (so it can't be used for pallet/flash saves), but it can still be used for massive map traversal or sabos.

DS is fine as long as CA's exist, and arguably could stand to be a lot stronger. I joked on the PTB version that they should commit to making the DS animation take 30s and the stun last 30s, and the Killer can still just immediately down the person after the stun, but at this point it might be a decent new option to deal with people who 'need' to tunnel for $5 subway cards. One thing though is saving someone from a Killer pickup should be considered a CA, so that way if you complete a pallet stun/blind that unshoulders a Survivor, then you have to lose DS/OTR as a result.

I remember a day yesterday where i hooked a Leon. After the hook, i went to check gens and other was being done, so i started the chase with the survivor on that gen.

Leon got unhooked and fully healed while i was in the chase. I downed the survivor, hooked her and kicked the gen.

Went again to check other gens and saw the same Leon. Started a chase with him and luckily i was able to down him pretty fast.

So i grabbed him……and got DS'd in my face. Like, what? I did already chase another survivor, hooked her, Leon was fully healed at the meanwhile, and the game said "no no no you are tunneling my guy"??

Add two more actions for DS deactivation: fully healed or another survivor hooked. If you got healed to full you arent getting tunneled. If the killer hooks other survivors he is not tunneling you. If needed, add some workaround in case the killer downs your unhooker while he is unhooks you, so he gets hooked and the killer instantly chases you again, like add 10-20 seconds "grace period" when if the killer hooks another survivor, DS is still activated, but on that time i was surely NOT tunneling Leon and i didnt deserve to get DSd.
