Multiple bugs on Marry's

There is a spot in the bathroom on Marry's where you get stuck.. Friend was healing a survivor and after the heal he got stuck in the wall and couldn't get out. (pic 1)
And during our game, multiple times the totems spawns only on ONE side of the map, I don't know if it is intentional but I would assume not, since always the totems were spread all over the place and not bundled together (pic 2)
