Feedback for DBD development team

There is some truth in your post. Therefore, I have the following suggestions for the DBD development team.

Cheating: The fight against cheaters is a never ending one and always will be, we both know that. Do as the PUBG dev team did in this post:

https://www.pubg.com/en/news/7363

The players out there need to finally realize that it doesn't pay to cheat. It's not about providing information about anticheat! We know that cheaters exploit all information about anticheat! It's just about showing: Hey, cheating doesn't pay, you're going to get banned. Our support numbers prove that, so don't do it.

This reduces the toxicity in this area somewhat

The Reportsystem: The reporting system needs to be completely overhauled. It is far too cumbersome to report players via ticket. The majority of players report them via the in-game button. This is all..... and the only thing the developers can do is, read the chat history as the reported players are only flagged. This ensures that toxicity in endgame chat is reduced (yes, I've noticed that lately too), but nothing more.

Many players simply don't bother to create a video and then write a ticket. Not to mention console players

There are certain things that the development team simply cannot prevent. For example, players banging on the ground, but there are still many things the dev team can do to curb toxicity.

These us-versus-them debates aren't going to stop anyway, and I think a healthy amount of toxicity in DBD is part of that. There are just too many elements in this game for that.

Teabagging, for example, is fun and part of the game. Unfortunately, there are people out there who take that negatively. But I don't think that should be the developers' problem.

Please don't forget that platforms like Youtube, Twitch etc. also promote toxicity. There are enough crazy people out there on the internet. Unfortunately, you can't prevent this as a development team, but you can curb it, e.g. (and this has been extremely evident in recent weeks)

Here is an example
Suicide on the first hook (something needs to be done about this), which unfortunately also promotes toxicity...... The community is complicit

Last not but least: Just make it clear to the people out there that you're not going to let them ruin your game.

Please don't @ the Developers, they will come out of the Fog with a big Stick.

I think bHVR could do something to boost their PR, they have done similar posts but only like yearly. but I don't think bHVR will go as far as to publish a list of player names, like ??? is that strategy. Its like asking for a witch-hunt to start.

Anyway, yea. Monthly ban reports would be great, and be clear what is and isnt a ban.
