New killer idea: The Wailing Willow

I'm sorry if this isn't right and I'm not supposed to do this but I've gotten together with a group or friends that are all players and made a idea for a new killer we think should be considered.

So, I've noticed while playing how there is a sort of theme that all the killers have, so we've tried to follow along with that.

Our idea is this, a very tall built killer somewhat themed around trees, the killer is kind of a unsettling tree mutant with a missing face and an arched back and long arms with branches and leaves coming off his body. (He's a willow tree specifically) We decided that what would be a unique addition to the game is a killer who can bring a survivor closer in range of the killer. We decided this killer could be centered also around stealth.

Power: the killer can activate their power, which activates the state "foliage" which completely removes the killers red stain and terror radius while foliage is active. The killer transforms themselves into the form of a tree, blending in with the killers map (some sort of forest or woods area with the main building being a logging site) and also not being able to move without deactivating foliage. While active the killer can see survivors auras to a range of 16 meters, and when pressing the power button again, will trigger an attack where the killer grabs the survivor up to a certain range. If the attack misses, then you will be stunned for 4s.The attack deals damage equivalent to a basic attack, while also triggering the state "thorns" onto the survivor. "Thorns" will cause them to lose health as if hooked, but at a rate of 2x slower, this can be removed from the survivor if they successfully complete 3 or 2 skill checks whilst repairing generators.

While we didn't have many special perk ideas, we just decided to leave that up to your imagination, maybe some sort of perks that increase the effects of thorns or special stealth perks. We had an idea for an add-on though, maybe an add-on that increases the range of aura viewing while foliage is active, or an add-on that make you transform quicker, or maybe even one that makes it when you grab out for the survivor it has an increased range.
