No bloodpoint reward after rank reset

I play on PC
Yesterday during the rank reset, I was rank 1 on both killer and survivor. So I should've got a 2 million bp reward. Instead I got…nothing. I even played a match to see if it was delayed, but no. My ranks got reset and I got no reward. Am I alone on this? (Not sure how I'd prove this but here's what my amount is right now)
