There is a totem that spawns ine one of the blue container things on Lery's Memorial institute that causes rubberbanding/doesn't let you interact with it at all. I can't really get a specific spawn for you but it's the blue fabric container that spawns on the outside corner of the room
Platform: we tested it on all platforms its the same
How to replicate the bug: try to break the outside room corner blue fabric container spawn try to interact with this totem.
