Please stop making over-the-top changes to perks and add-ons

The current decision-making process for heavily nerfing/buffing perks and add-ons only to reverse the changes shortly after is only further frustrating the community and wasting time for the devs, and its only been detrimental to the overall health of the game.

for ex. the decision to give Decisive strike 5 seconds of stun only to bring it down to 4 and giving Pop goes the Weasel 30% penalty only to move it back to 20% are examples of the current over-eagerness in bringing changes to meta perks and add-ons.

In particular the proposed changes to DS with dev time spent on making and implementing an animation that ultimately was not used and that no one asked for should highlight to the dev team that it's time to start using their time more wisely and implement perk and add-on changes in increments, assess how the changes affect gameplay, and then decide if the changes warrant further nerfs/buffs.

Nah this is just how balance changes are made. I feel like people might forget that because balance changes come sooooo slowly in dbd. A perk is too weak? Buff it. It's too strong now? Bring it down a little. That's very typical, and the changes I'd expect are very very low effort for the engineers since usually they just entail simple number changes.

In my opinion, since 3 second DS was S tier in the first place it just didn't need the buff to 5 seconds. But if 5 seconds was problematic in the past they should have probably started with 4. But it's not a huge deal regardless
