Plot twist not working

Xbox- I was on the ground and then got up due to adrenaline triggering after the final gen, but I was not able to use plot twist, it wouldn’t trigger or give a pop up to use it after I crouched while injured
Steps to recreate, be on ground at 4 gens, 5th gen pops and get up with adrenaline, plot twist won’t work
