MISTBORN - Killer Perk - When?

There are some killers who could use the mist offerings to their advantage like The Trapper, The Hag, The Clown and also The Legion. Right now it makes their games harder because it gets to difficult to see and track survivors. They can't really use their advantage.

BUT this is a perfect problem to solve with a new perk!
I thought of the following:

MISTBORN - The regular mist of the area is decreased by 50/30/10% for you. The effectiveness of fog offerings is decreased by 50/75/100% for you.

This perk is viable on all tiers but increases the effectiveness of the mentioned strategy tier by tier.
It doesn't influence the sight of survivors.

Let me know what you think! :)

The idea is cool. I would not mind seeing this perk in the game. Finally, you can use bottles with a purple or yellow mist on the killers.

I like this idea as well.

Not going to lie m8, I really enjoy this idea. I am a survivor main(I don't enjoy Killer Mode at all) and I feel this would be a great addition to the Killer Perk Roster.

Why are there two values? Aren't they both affecting how well a killer sees through mist? And secondly, why not just suggest this as an additional modifier to Shadowborn, which lost its brightness modifier?

The perk needs to be viable on all tiers because it depends a bit on the survivor offerings. A perk slot is a wonderful gift in DBD and should not be wasted. So it (only) increases the effectiveness of the mentioned strategy tier by tier.

And I believe there are better ways to buff Shadowborn. :)

No, there should be a perk that increases Fog but makes it easier for Killers to see through.

It'd be a nice perk for Wraith, Hag and Trapper.

Again, why does this need to be its own perk? Is there something wrong with Shadowborn also having these modifiers?
