Lost access to Tome 19 Premium Pass

Platform - Playstation 5.
Description - I had access to the pass but now it is locked, and are no longer being issued any of the premium rewards once unlocked. This problem has been active for the past few days so I would think the issue arose with the modifier, but I cannot confirm. Regardless the pass was issuing rewards previously without issue and such items have now disappeared from my inventory despite having owned them.
Steps to reproduce - Just look at the tome.
How Often Does this Occur - it's currently ongoing.
Additional Information - I don't believe screenshots are required in this case, but can be provided if necessary. It would just be a shot of the locked tome anyway.
