Residual Manifest in Nostromo Wreckage secret door
Using the one token for Residual Manifest in the chest on the Nostromo Wreckage secret chest (in the secret door) gives a duplicate of the original item in the chest. For example, I opened the door with the card, searched the chest, and got an Engineer's Toolbox. Then I used the token from Residual Manifest and got a second Engineer's Toolbox, rather than a Flashlight. I found this bug on the PC platform. I am not sure how often the bug occurs, as it seems like a random scenario, as Residual Manifest pick rates aren't too high, and the Nostromo Wreckage isn't commonly picked as a map, with or without offering use. The second time I intentially repeated the bug, it turned to be a Utility Flashlight. So the bug causes the use of a Residual Manifest token to turn into an extra "very rare" item when used in the Nostromo Wreckage map on the secret door. The item is not limited to a Utility Flashlight.
