Cant even play DBD at all after I bought it. Network Connection error.

I sent a request to support team which after many days still has not had a response so I've decided to come to the forums to see if anyone can help or is having a similar issue.

Error states:
NO NETWORK CONNECTION
In Order to access this content, An network connection is required
Provider id: press here to display provider ID.

I've attempted many youtube videos supposed fixes for my problem, I've tried different internet routers and nothing has worked, My game was working fine until I had an update (around 3gbs) and its since gone to #########.
For context: I am using a russian epic games account. Not sure if that causes any problems
