Chaos Shuffle Feedback: Fun but has some issues...

Firstly, I really love this modifier it makes so much fun and is so refreshing. I personally like to play this modifier and I really hope it will come back asap and then can stay forever (or at least when no other modifier or different modus is active) because I think we can keep a Modifier alive for longer. I played this modifier and the normal modus the last few days and didn't notice any longer Q issues.
However, the modifier has some flaws - spoiler most of these flaws are the same we have in the basemodus:
- The gap between SoloQ and SWF is too high. While in SWF you can tell your teammates which perks you have and the team can work with/adapt to it during the match, SoloQ does not have this advantage. You, the developers, need to get rid of this gap by letting SoloQ know which perks the teammates have. Giving them basekit light Kindred, and some other QoL changes like an infowheel whould also be nice to close the gap. And yes, this gap also exist in the normal modus even though some of the developers might not see it - maybe these people should buy some glasses.
- Map offerings are too strong and not only in this Modifier but also in the main Modus (and in this one it is a bigger issue) and need a rework or need to be gone. It is so stupid how one side can take a huge advantage by just dropping a map offering and it makes no fun when survivors send you to Badham, GoJ, or Eyerie or the killer sends you to Midwich.
- Tunnling and Generators: Since not every survivor has a second chance perk or the strongest perks in the game, killers have in this way an easier time. However, on the other hand killers don't have any gendefensive perks. It is a bit of given and taken but something has to change. I see that some players complain about tunnling and I think they are right but I also see killers complaing about gens and they are also right. The issue is that killers do what they have to do (killing the survivors) while the survivors do what they should do (repairing generators). In my opinion this is not easy to fix with something like add basekit DS or Corrupt because this could resolve in different (bigger) issues for the game. However, there is also the issue that this topic is also a different story depending on the killer you have/you face.
- The gap between killers: If you are an avarage Nurse or Blight (for example) most of the matches are quite easy even without any gendefensive. However, if you play a weaker killer such as Ghost Face or Freddy matches can be really difficult. This is also an issue in the normal modus. Weaker killers need some buffs while too strong killers need some nerfs/tweaks - the right nerfs and tweaks not the wrong ones like the latest PTB addon nerfs for Blight. But I think you are on a good way with this when I see the good buffs for Bubba and Deathslinger and nerfs for Wesker.
- In my opinion No Mither should be banned from this Modifier. Yes, it might be funny the first time but gets quickly annoying when you get it a second time or one of your teammates have it. A better option would be a rework of this perk but I doubt this will ever happen.
- Maybe add a perk repeat prevention: For example if you get Solo Survivor, Unbreakable, Dead Hard, and Lithe, you won't get these perks in the next match. Yes, the chances to get the same perks twice in a row is very low due to the high amount of perks we have but it can still happen. However, I am not sure about this point but want to bring it to your attentions.
tl:tr: Great modifier (I really love it) and should stay for longer because it makes so much fun and is so refreshing but the issues, which are the same that we have in the basemodus, need to attack and solved.
