Deliverence as a separate command?
Should it be active ability that's separate from the usual unhook command? Least you could try to unhook a few times if you want and then when it's your last attempt, guarantee you get yourself off using the ability. You'd still lose Deliverence if you unhooked yourself without it anyway.
It's a very specific scenario but I got Deliverence and Slippery Meat in the Chaos Shuffle. The latter obviously ended up just being useless hence why this came to mind.

What would it matter, though? You can't use Deliverance on your 2nd hook so there's no reason to save it.

You would not be broken.
@Topic:
Not really needed IMO. Yes, it might conflict a bit in Chaos Shuffle if you get Deliverance and Slippery Meat, but this is such a rare occurance and given that it is random, you end up with having useless Perks from time to time.
All it would do is to remove a Downside from Deliverance in regular gameplay if the Survivor would try to unhook themselves two times via the 4% and then does it with Deliverance. Would still be 100% risk-free but with the possibility to not have the Downside of Deliverance.
