PC - Female Survivor Cosmetic (Skirt) Bugs

Step 1: Boot up game
Step 2 : Play as Nancy or pretty much most female survivors with skirt cosmetics in a public match. Complete public match and go to end game screen.
Step 3 : Witness Nancy and other survivors with no skirt :(
