Demogorgon Perks not in new killers bloodwebs.

I recently came back to DBD after 2 years of not playing. I have all demogorgons perks( Cruel Limits, Mindbreaker, Surge) in the the killers i had (Trapper, Billy, Nurse, Huntress, Plage, Hag). I have just bought DeathSlinger with iridescent shards and those perks are not appearing in the bloodweb. I think i remember buying the teachable perks with bloodpoint back in the shop so i would like to have those perks in all my killers, not only in some of them. Thank you. -TheJaviGR
