Game Afoot does not Trigger haste

Playing on Xbox, Game Afoot does not trigger haste unless the physical prompt is being used. Haste is not applied when destroying pallets as Nemesis, Knight or Singularity when using their powers. Haste is not applied when destroying pallets using add ons as The Mastermind or Good Guy. Haste is not applied when using the perks Dissolution, Spirit Fury, Surge, or Eruption.
I know these interactions worked prior to the addition of the anti facecamp feature.
