PC - 2 free tome challenges paywalled between DLC ones

There are two free tome challenges on Level 3 of Tome 19 that are paywalled in between a Doctor and Artist challenge. You guys made the same mistake last Tome then later fixed it, saying it was unintentional, but made the same mistake again. Doctor is not a free killer on PC. Therefore if you haven't purchased Doctor or Artist those two free challenges are inaccessible. I'm hoping this was just an oversight again and you are not paywalling free tome challenges.
