PC - Steam : Cant reconnect back/enter the game after reconnecting

I cant reconnect back/enter the game again after i disconnected from the match (connection to the game lost) also this is not disconnected on a match and coming back again. this is on a loading screen and it keep saying reconnecting but it just stuck on there and i cant enter the game. this happen everytime i disconnected from the game
