Unable to unhook

Played on Steam on the current patch, RPD East Wing map.

Sequence of events:

  1. Unknown was chasing me and dropped a clone by the hook.
  2. He downs me moments after and places me on the same hook that was close to his clone.
  3. Unknown teleports to another distant clone.
  4. Teammates came to the rescue, but couldn't perform the unhook.
