The crosshair that survivors can fixate on when drunk is gone

I've noticed there is no longer a crosshair to fixate on as a survivor after running through a Clown's purple cloud after the Unreal 5 update. I'm someone who occasionally gets motion sickness from games and once I got used to not look for the crosshair I was fine with it making a pre-existing headache a bit worse.
I'm not sure if it's gone or a setting was changed I need to turn on again but I know it was there before the engine change.

Considering that the blur effect was almost completely removed, they probably felt like it's not needed anymore.
