PC - Still awaiting Rank reset blood points

I have been waiting for my rank reset bloodpoints for a while. I got to rank 1 on both Killer and survivor yet I have not received my blood points yet. I left it for sometime since it was identified as an issue but since the anniversary reveal stream I am yet to receive anything

There hasn't been a Grade Reset since the Anniversary Stream - which was on the 14th May, so after Grade Reset happened.
Grade Rewards were given out on the correct day, those who logged in on that day at a specific time didn't receive their rewards and they were refunded later, this did not affect players who logged in later in the day when the issue was fixed.
