Addition: You can now also gain stacks from the first hook of each survivor. Maxing out at 9 stacks if you have hooked everyone once and all gens are completed.

Naah, make it that you gain stack for every first hook, so 20% additional speed in total.
45% speed even if that's just endgame would be too strong.

better to just buff numbers to like 20% every gen done.
