Camping with Insidious should count as camping
We have the anti-camping where you can get off the hook if they're obviously camping next to or in front of you. But apparently, that doesn't apply with Insidious and I just had a game where they were standing right next to me with it and I didn't have the anti-camping bar so I couldn't even get off hook.
If you can't make it work with Insidious, it shouldn't be a perk. Makes me so mad, especially when people use it to abuse it to prevent the camping bar from moving so people can't get off hook. It just enables people to abuse it.

Were the gens completed, because using Insidious shouldn't have any effect

All gens were done. And insidious was working

it wasn't because of Insidious, but because of the End Game. Insidious doesn't allow to face camp - the bar will go up even if you have the perk active. The thing is that in the Endgame the anti-face camp is deactivated - what makes a lot of sense considering how the endgame works.

But even without gens being done, he was also using insidious and it wasn't working. He said that's WHY he was using it in the first place - because insidious apparently countered the anti-camping thing. I can't say for sure but from what a teammate said, it was bypassing the anti-camping. I'll try and do a custom match with it and see if it's working then post it

If Insidious is actually preventing the anti-facecamping system from working, then it is a bug and should be reported as such. The only time the bar shouldn't appear is after the gens have been completed.

Oh okay. That's so weird because after gens are done is when they're most likely to camp….

It's also when the killer has no other objective but to get a kill. That's the reason it disables at endgame.
