Unable to play game at all

I’m on my fourth 3 day ban now. I literally can’t even play the game anymore. I have updated EVERY driver, CONNECTED an Ethernet cable to my PC, restarted, updated, troubleshot EVERYTHING. this is NOT my wifi, this is NOT a technical issue. THIS IS YOUR SERVERS, BEHAVIOR.
i waited out my 3rd 72 hour ban, got into one match, and within five minutes disconnected. I can’t do this anymore. The NA east servers are seriously broken. The game is quite literally unplayable for me (and many others I’ve also seen with this issue!)
This is not something i can fix. This is something wrong on your end. I have done EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO DO to fix this. And it’s not working. So it’s not on my end!
