Decisive strike has different timing against Rin

When survivor uses decisive strike against Rin, her stun ends too fast. A lot faster than against other killers

    The stun time is very bugged, against Spirit it's way shorter than intended and against other killers it's actually longer than intended.

    Here is a video with Clown where the stun seems to be around 5 seconds which is also incorrect (since it's now supposed to be 4 seconds).

    Decisive Strike's timer also appears to be active after a Conspicuous Action.

    How is just changing a 5 to 4 causing so many bugs?
