Vecna power near hooks

Apparently he can use all his stuff near hooks.

Cool, fine.

So why does singularity have to wait a century to wake up near hooks when he's just trying to find a new target? So frustrating.

    Artist also can't place her Crows near hooks which I don't think was ever needed

    I think the assumption is that you aren't gonna be able to proxy-camp as efficiently using Vecna's powers as you can with Singularity. With Vecna, you can pretty much just do anti-loop, find relatively nearby survivors to chase off, shoot the skeletons, and fly away. Singularity can watch everyone from virtually everywhere, so you can effectively keep people away from the hook or get back to the hook.

    In other words, it just isn't really fair for Singularity to do that kinda stuff because that's what a lot of people would end up doing. He's strong enough with the slowdown anyway.
