PC - Nemesis Zombies get stuck on the staircase in Forgotten Ruins

Self explanatory title, the Zombies get stuck at the bottom of the main Stairs of Forgotten Ruins. Since these stairs are the only way for the zombies to traverse between the two segments of the map, this happens frequently. In this state, they're completely passive and won't attack Survivors.

Also, they're immune to being killed by punching. Only the tentacle kills them. I'm not sure why.

    Also the zombie leaves an invisible hitbox where they dropped off so you can't walk past it.
