PC - Stuck in "passage" on Forgotten Ruins

I got stuck in the "passage" at the underground library on the Forgotten Ruins map. This happened when my friend and I entered the passage at roughly the same time, but it seems I was a few frames ahead of him and ended up in the position shown in the screenshot. I could move my camera, but I couldn't do anything. My flashlight wouldn't light up. All the other players could see me and I wasn't taking any damage from the killer (The Doctor).
