Lich vs Survivors : Wiggle mid-air??

hello
i just wanted to bring this to the DBD team to fix a bug with the newly released Lich update. soo…while playing as Surv and having the Lich as the killer, i had used Decisive strike to get away and then i was glitched into a carried state and trying to wiggle out even when i was running around free. here are some screen shots to look at. i hope this as been helpful and thank you for your time.
