PC - Window in Middle Hut on THE SHATTERED SQUARE is not vaultable

So apparrently in the current version 8.0.0 the window in the middle hut of the new design of THE SHATTERED SQUARE is not vaultable. After getting unhooked I checked slow and fast vaulting but it failed constantly, this was not shown in the clip below.
