Stuck in Portals

I'm not entirely sure what happened, but I am currently in a match against a Vecna and I am somehow stuck inside a portal? I am completely stuck and can't get out. The only thing really of note that I can think of is I got the Eye of Vecna, attuned it, and then entered the portal. The moment it's done uploading I will add the video to this post.
