No terror radius

both me and my girlfriend don’t get terror radius. It’s not perks, it’s not killers, it’s not my audio settings. I play on ps4 she plays on ps5. Neither of us get it. I’ve tried everything from restarting to deleting the game there is nothing. We get the chase music but no terror radius it’s there cause she uses the visual aid.
