I can't tell you much more than what you see on this screenshot. The Renato was inside a RPD east basement locker on helipad side but did not enter it via the vault interaction, he was ungrabbable, he had a flashlight and I did not directly see what happenened. I was alerted to it by another survivor fast vaulting into the locker. He also used DS on me earlier in the match, I hear there might be something going on with DS and this might be related. Though It appears to me it is the flashlight phase that we had last year.
