Bring Back WINDOW Scampers

I was really happy about the Chucky change but learned about the window scamper removal.. Why? No one was asking for it. Pallet scamper was the problem but window scamper? So if a survivor vaults the window that drops down to the bottom floor on The Game map you just have to cancel power now? That feels terrible and wasn't needed, window scampers were completely fine whilst pallet scampers needed to go.
