In-game store is not showing featured carousel items

Ever since I the update yesterday the Featured page only shows featured characters and featured bundle, but no the featured carousel that is usually right below the tabs. Restarting and reinstalling the game does not fix this for me. If I click the arrows on the left or right, the game instantly crashes and shows the UE report screen.
