Decisive Strike is bugged on Spirit, Huntress, Wraith and Hag

• Platform: PC/Steam
• Description of the issue: Spirit, Huntress, Wraith and Hag are barely stunned by DS (decisive strike), they are stunned for like 1,5 - 2 seconds
• Steps to reproduce: Pick up a survivor with decisive strike
• How often does this occur: every time the spirit/huntress, wraith or Hag picks up a unhooked survivor
