stuck in portal in the forgotten ruins

i was playing on the forgotten ruins against the unknown and i went through the portal in the back of main then went through the portal next to the caged monster following my friend through both portals and got stuck inside the portal. the killer came through after me but didn’t get stuck and the portal was still usable.

i could still be injured by the unknowns power but i could be hit by it’s M1 and i couldn’t be picked up.

i play on xbox series S and i loaded into a match on the the decimated borgo forgotten ruins as rebecca chambers running adrenaline, no one left behind, off the record and windows of opportunity.
