Decisive strike bug occurred two games in a row.

Happened on Garden of Joy and then on the next map on RPD. After Decisive strike was used on the killer successfully the killer was stunned and both times the wiggle meter was still present on the screen. This prevented me from interacted with any objects even though decisive strike had gone off. The game seems to think I was still in the killers grasp.
How to reproduce this issue:
1. Use Decisive Strike
2. Cry.
