Change the knockout perk to be pure recovery speed debuff and remove the aura aspect of it
Basically buff the recovery speed debuff number to 50% or hell 75%, then while making those longer and stronger, remove the aura debuff altogether
It'll be less oppressive for solo q while being immensely buffed baseline, making it relatively effective against SWF

The aura block on it definitely needs to go. I’d be fine buffing the other components of the perk if that gets removed.

This perk has a usage rate near hysteria and unrelenting. It's pointless to even do anything with it.

I don't believe so, against fairly decent SWFs knockout is much more valuable for it's capability to slow down the recovery, while aura hiding do nothing
Ultimately I don't opposed to reduce recovery speed to like 5% in trade off, but that seems a little too much
