The perk "game afoot" no longer triggers properly for the cannibal

When chasing your obsession with the cannibal, the perk 'game afoot' will not activate if you destroy a pallet using his chainsaw. This was not the case before the most recent patch. The powers of plenty of killers (not all but that's a separate issue) still work with game afoot. Destroying walls still seems to work. Bug is consistent and easy to replicate in an ordinary match.
