This is so random. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, even in the same match.

Platform Nintendo Switch

As you can see, I'm not seeing the little green buff icon that indicates the perk is working.

Eearlier in the match, it worked and I saw the little green buff icon.

Please acknowledge this as it's so random when it wants to work.
