Ability to prevent unhook

Much like the key that prevents other players from healing you (especially when used as a griefing tactic to keep you in place while the killer approaches), give us the ability to prevent other players from unhooking us, regardless of phase. This could be for a number of reasons, not least of which is hook farming (e.g. pulling us off so the killer can immediately tunnel us, et.al.). Make it the same key as the heal-prevention so that there is no need to have different keys/buttons.
