PC - Game crashes randomly

Hello, I've been playing killer so I don't know if this happens on survivor but this is the error i get sometimes while im playing, doesnt matter if im at the end of the match or middle or beginning. I have no problem with the game crashing when I am launching it.

I've had issues before with another crash and I managed to fix that one by disabling xmp profile for my RAM but now I'm getting the one above. The one that I think I "fixed" is this one:
