Game wont launch

- I play on PC
I havent played the game in about 2 months, decided to finally update it today but when I tried launching it, it would just show me https://imgur.com/a/2tAfPA6 and proceed to close itself after some time.
Attempting to launch the game always has the same result
Every time I attempt to launch the game
I am not able to upload the video here since it exceeds the 5MB limit, but to summarize it (When I click the play button on steam the first thing I see is https://imgur.com/a/2tAfPA6 after a bit it disappears and I have the prompt to click play on steam again)
