How to make Support and DBD team compensate lose of progress

Hello

I am quite mad at DBD

They lose complety all my progress from the time I bought the game at the release.
I am one of the very first players that supported them and they completly lose all my progress, or corrupted my data save.

My account shows that I have item from 2016
But support kept closing my ticket bc they are saying they don't found any progress of my account and say that my account is created from June 2024, date at which I login again.

It is not my problem that they change the system or did multiple update.
My account shows item from 2016, I sent them video from 2016. I sent them my steam success unlocked on 2016. Still they close my ticket 3 times with the same answer

Honestly I don't know what to do, everytime I open the ticket, they just reply the same because it seems they don't care much. They don't want to compensate their early supporter for their errors, it doesn't even cost much, it is just digital point come on.

I can earn 300k bp per hour, so I can easily get back up fast, but right now it is just the principle.
They asked for steam account, they can cleary see my evidence, the cosmetics item I have from 2016…

    I think they just don’t take Steam achievements or cosmetics as evidence for some weird reason.

    There have been plenty of people that lost their progress from back in the days and BHVR hadn’t a reliable system in place so those are lost for good - at some point they changed their system anfing the problems happens now they can retrieve the info.

    I did not read about any case were someone still got their progress or BP compensation in this case sadly. Though maybe someone else can help you out..

    I am afraid, but this is something you have to discuss with Support, there is nothing we can do here about it.
