Hello,

DBD has a very CRITICAL bug for very old players who didn't login since years.
If they login now their account is wipe out mostly, only a few cosmetic item left from 2016 2017.

Even with video proof of 2016, cosmetic item left from 2016, success from steam unlocked on 2016, it seems that support consider that my account is new and created in 2024.

I opened the ticket 3 times at support because they kept closing it.
Always with the same answer.

Hello,

Thank you for your return.

I understand your inquiry regarding the loss of your progression date from 2016. However, after a detailed inquiry, we have not found any trace of this progression on this date. We also noticed that the account in question had been created briefly. Consequently, we cannot unfortunately respond to your request.

We apologize for this disappointment and regret that we cannot provide you with further information on this subject.

If you need other assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Very cordially,
Aaron

Honestly it is quite frustrating, with all the evidence, and the lack of effort for support to investigate and/or compensate the loss despite all the proof.

So please DBD team and dev, fix that BUG, which is CRITICAL, because wiping out all the progress of old players who didn't login since years, is very frustrating.
