There is no reason why refined serum hasn't been permanently retired.

The only result of this add-on existing, is to scam the killer completely and make the 1v1 chase as one sided and unfun as possible. Retire it and hand out BP compensation or something.

    At bare minimum it should either be limited to halloween or the killers serum should be allowed at all times. It's ridiculous one side get to keep the addon but the other doesn't, especially when the LTM one is objectively worse.

    Yeah survivor serum is kind of busted, especially since you can pair it with a syringe and use both at the same time iirc for basically a free mid chase heal, while killers get ~3s of double speed then ~3s of very slow speed (aka almost completely balancing out how much distance is gained) and then on top of that killer one is Halloween only

    Survivor one needs to either be less synergistic, have a downside afterward, or event only, or even all 3 to be balanced
